I am thinking to build somethig like the kommuna... but the winch should be a kind of ROV with several magnets

I don't know how... but I can send you the save game if you wanna try it.
Perhaps you could design large and long tanks that you intend to attach to each side of the ship. At the surface you fill these with water to neutral buoyancy and tow them down to the ship with a submarine.
To refloat the ship you would need to blast compressed air into the tanks. (At that depth you would need to use a rigid pipe rather than the hose, I expect.)
The Kommuna idea will work though, there's a vehicle like that on the workshop somewhere that can lift something that size easily. (You may have to upgrade the winches as 300m is only reachable by the huge winch, I believe.)

But if it doesnt work maybe I will try the idea of attach ballast tanks to it.
I have send you a friendship request so you can DM me your mail
Way ahead of you, heh.

For practical purposes with a regular monohull or full deck catamaran I'd suggest using an A-Frame crane at the stern with a huge winch on the crane, should get anything off the seafloor.
With a decent fulcrum you can leverage the ships mass, having one on my cargo catamaran as can be seen in this image:

The frame can lean forward / backward up to ~60° with hinges, powered by piston stacks.
Works a treat. You might be able to use multiple huge winches utilizing pulleys for better control / lifting power.
Definitely something to play around with. The few vehicles I've lifted with it were rather uneventful to get on deck.
Used it frequently back when the helicopters crashed into the sea upon spawn due to buggy AI.
