More fish in the seas?

Is there a possibility to also fish small sharks in the net? a way to cram more fish into the seas with workshop??

It's not the abundance of the sea that is the issue, it's the size of your nets :D. Simply build the boat in the biggest dock, Make the net as usual, then flip it clockwise, net anchor each corner of build area under boat. If proper, your net will be humongous, Super wide and cover 50-100m up/down and a km across. it'll spawn in funny but once you're trawling and if you have 150m winches, you will suck up the sea with your insanely large net. Also allows you to trawl at 20 knots just to keep that monstrosity afloat behind you.

Just beware when spawn it in, you'll need to collect the net as it is absolutely enormous and winches out of sync with line lengths. I made a few passes in a monstter circle in basic shallow water for 10-15 mins with a .05 trim and got me some 800 fishes. 800 might be bad, i wouldn't know what a bad catch is yet.

Now to put on a fishfinder and soak up a hotspot to see differences. We're all doing the science.

The fish are quite abundant especially in hotspots. I agree with Alyce if you want to catch more fish make a larger net. Here is my tutorial for an effective nets system.
