My Helicopter does Unconsentual Barrel Rolls

Hello anyone who be reading this! I have a helicopter here I'm working on and it's been pretty frustrating. As you can see I have this fun issue where it does barrel rolls at full speed for no reason and with no input.

If you could take a look at it and come to a conclusion on why it's hating me with such passion that would be awesome! Here are the debug tricks I did below.

1. I have removed the propeller on top for a smaller one
2. I have change the position of the gyro.
3. I have removed and added control surfaces
4. I have entirely disabled the gyro which stopped the barrel rolls but makes it unflyable.
5. I have enabled the stabilizer.

TLDR: Helicopter does Barrel Rolls for no reason. Please Help!

Reduce the roll slider in the gyro. Work on getting it to fly more stable without the gyro,

it wasnt the rotor
it as something about the tail rotor or something
I replaced both of his rotors and they are working magically

I haven't looked at it yet, were the rotor axis on bacakwards? I was just thinking about that.
