You're better off using either the 5x5 or 3x3 fan radiator instead. Use large electrical pumps for input and output, additionally you can greatly increase the flowrate and heat exchange by adding a medium prefab tank filled with fresh water to the radiator input side, for some reason having pressurized air added to the loop vastly increases the heat exchange.

Currently I am using small impellers to pump my coolant. You only need about 7.2 rps to get max flow. I find their resistance to be negligible.
For many boats currently I am using the heat sinks in the hull. Not raw water cooling. They are allowing for high coolant flow rates which are effective for cooling.
