I would personally start by Googling the name of the server to see if they have a website.
At this point the restrictions look to be on the server side as there are no general game or vac bans against your account. The servers are public and not directly associated with steam or the devs... so you have to find some way to contact the admins.

Sector Control - Sawyer [discord.gg/sectorcontrol]
Sector Control - Oldschool Naval [discord.gg/sectorcontrol]
There you go, took about 1 minute of Googling "Stormworks server list" and searching for "Sector Control". Hit them up on Discord. It took more time to type this than it did to search it.
I find it odd that people will pay $10-$40 a month for a dedicated server, but can't fork up $10/year for a website...
Anyways, you'll need to make an account on Discord if you want to keep playing on that server, or find a new one to play on. FWIW, you don't need to download the app, you can open it on your web browser.
I do apologize for coming off snarky, but my point still stands that it took me less than a minute to verify that they had no official website but do have a Discord. Logically, downloading/contacting them on Discord would be step two if I truly wanted to play that server and that server alone.
