How to tune PID?
I know its a really stupid question, but i'm a starter in microcontrollers

Start with a P of 0.1 and works your way up.
If close to "too weak P" and still oscillations, try to increase the D-value to decrease the overal setpoint-precission.(to dampen the PID a bit)

Depends on where you are using it. There is no universal PID value setting that works everywhere. The "manuals" section has some pretty good explanations of how the PID controller works.
Understanding how to tune a PID usually comes after you understand the principle of interaction of all three of its elements.

Also quick question, what P is good for Firebox set temp??

Depending on other PID settings, I would say 0.05 to 0.25.

Just so you understand how deep this rabbit hole goes, there are entire fields of industrial work dedicated to programming and tuning things with PIDs, with dedicated specialists who do the job. So if the things give you trouble, don't feel put off.
