Report a translation problem
You can use manage, browse local files, then use the file explorer to go back into steam>steamapps.workshop>content>573090 This should be where all the workshop downloads are. count how many you have, vs how many you should have. if you open one of the files, you should see the name of it and an .xml file, open the xml file and see if it says hide_in_inventory="true" That means you have it downloaded, but it is not visible
try vehicle edditor, was looking for the same problem but suprisingly some items only loaded in the work bench
