Multiple large fluid pumps. Have the water vent off the ship.

fluid port aiming into your boat where the water getes in then a pump and fluid port aiming out of the boat works fine. If you can try double hull. I'd love if there was a way to do that with small ships

1. Fluid meter pointing inside your compartment
2. Fluid pump, pointing outside, attached with a fluid port on both sides (1 for the compartment, 1 going outside)
3. Microcontroller for when the fluid meter detects water the pump will activate pumping the water outside.

Note: Make sure the compartment is properly sealed off with the only logical way for the water to enter is through a door/hatch and not by an empty space on the wall

How do you make the micro controller for the pump

For example, you can connect a fluid meter to a Greater Than block and use 0 (zero) for input B and connect the Greater Than output to the pump. So if the fluid meter outputs any value greater than 0 it will activate the pump.
