Do liquids have different weight? like diesel is heavier than fresh water.

Gravity on fluids inside tanks is also 2x as strong. a filled tank will fall twice as fast as an empty tank.

That's why it's mandatory to keep fuel and other fluids as low as possible.

Yep, because as you know, fluids locally increase the gravitational acceleration applied to an object. Thanks stormworks, I hate building planes.
