Stuck at 90% in Loading screen

I already try verify and reinstall game
spec:
ryzen 7 5800h
3060 laptop
16gb ram

How long did you wait? For me it does get stuck at 90% for a bit, but then it suddenly jumps to 100% and you get the character editing screen

Same. Just be patient.

I have done that too, but for me its taken around half an hour to an hour.
