please optimize this game for the AMD ryzen 5 3600

i cant play multiplayer and not gonna say his user but he keeps harassing me and saying my cpu is the reason i cant play but its just how my pc can only run specific games and its not my pc that is the reason and if its overheating im gonna scream because i have 9 fans just to cool it down on games like this so i dont understand why my pc is not able to run this game even though it can run teardown and tank mechanic simulator on max graphics without any overclocking or anything else also i do want to call the person out badly because they thing im a troll and i seriously dont get the point of why im the troll on this even though he is clearly trolling when he just says my pc cant run stormworks so it cant run anything else

although it can also be due to a bad use of the resources of the graphics card, my game often goes at 25-40 fps with several lights on while my graphic card is barely at 15% of usage

On the shop page it says the recommend specs is a ryzen 3700x.
The 3600 and 3700 is pretty equal so the game should run perfect on the ryzen 3600 cpu.

And regarding how many cores the game uses when my games runs i see 100% activity on 4 cpu cores and 25% on cpu 5 and the other i have is about 1-5%

Regarding the GPU its say the game recommend is a 750ti.. that is a rather old card now a days ( but a nice card though )

Just saying the game does not require much to run, so i can guess the problem is that you loaded some overcomplicated ship in the game and that make the fps drop so its not playable or you are playing multiplayer wich still need some optimization.
Also using allot of scripts, and especially scripts with errors slow down the game.
If you have problems with big things, you there is a new block in the game that reduce the amount of calculated physics.

Alternative check your computer cpu's temperature if its below 90c you are safe, but i recommend to be below 80.. ( ryzen runs hot and when it get hot it slows down)
I had the 3600 3600xt the 3900x and now the 5900x. ALL of the cpu's can run the game perfect.
Also keep in mind that ryzen cpu's love fast ram.. you need ram speed inbetween 3200mhz - 3400mhz for the best experience with ryzen cpu's.. NO there is not reason to buy faster ram that this and also no more than 32gb ram. 16gb is optimal.
CHECK you enabled XMP for your ram in bios and everything els should just be on auto..
Ryzen 3600 is not good for overclocking and it actual often do it better on its own.
I say this just in case. ( and load the default bios settings everytime you update bios )

For gpu i recommend something like a 2080rtx or larger... reason is its a good card and can run almost all games on max graphics AND you can get it cheaper used now that its no longer the latest thing..
But all in all it depend on the entire computer you have.

I run it 50+ fps on an old Ryzen 1500x, 16gb ram and a 5 year old RX480 Gfx card. You must have something missing or going on that's causing your troubles. Besides spawning in gigantic ships which slow down anyone's game, you should be able to run it smoothly otherwise.

Check your Gfx drivers and any bios or windows updates just in case.

Do not overlap your lights. No graphics card can handle several overlapping lights because of how the amount of draw calls explode violently with them. There is nothing that can functionally be done about it from a coding standpoint.

im kind of suspicious about those softwares now because they said my pc was 60 degrees which would make my pc alarm go off even though i could touch the main part of the pc and it would be fine

i haven't had any frame rate problems except at terminals it drops to 30, but yet my xbox game bar says it's 60 fps and only 1/4 of my processor is utilized. I don't have a fancy nor a high tech pc. i5-4460 12 gb of ram 8 dedicated and the newest part of my pc, the 1050 ti geforce gpu, was a 1030 but i still could hold 60 fps and 30 at the terminals (nothing is overclocked). https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-4460-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-3600X/2310vs4041

No PC component would send off an alarm at 60c. Those are normal operating temperatures.
The temperature levels are from temperature probes in the products themselves, they aren't magic, and just report whatever they give out.

Mate,i have same cpu combined with gtx1600s and my temps in heavy load single and multiplayer averages at 70c. Max Ryzen 3600 temp is 95. Belive it or not when i assembled my pc first time i didnt want to put cooler on just to see temps and indeed went to 95-100-105 but it didnt shut down. After that i installed cooler and its operating normally.

my first pc didn't go to well, attempted over clocking with no reference besides the bio menu stats, and well lets say first 3 hours melt down, thank fully i had the sides off with easy access to my hard drives, poor optiplex 760 mm :(, now i have a decent pc, no overclock yet waiting for new psu old one is almost maxed

Says 60fps because it is 60fps. Low FPS = gpu bottleneck, slow-mo = cpu bottleneck.
