game crashes after trying to enter workbench
Okay so i encounter some sort of game breaking bug. I created a small creation with lua scripts, since i made one, the microcontroller didn't want to save, and vehicle didn't spawned (on map, it was visible), i verified game files, and after starting the game, when i try to enter workbench, game just crashes, verifying game files again didn't help, reinstalling neither. pls help

I'm working on a best guess basis, it's probably one of these:

- (Most likely) Something got corrupted when saving the microcontroller and reading the data causes the game to fall over. Your best bet is to go to %appdata%/Stormworks/Data/ and move the possibly corrupted entries away from that folder. I'd start with moving all entries in that folder elsewhere and seeing if the game crashes, then introducing all but the last few.

- Your antivirus recently got an update and gets really upset when the game tries to access anything in appdata. You need to exclude %appdata%/Stormworks% in your antivirus. This is more common than you'd think.
- (Unlikely, but possible) There is something off with your C drive. Perform a health check with HDDScan or DiskCheckup.
- (Very unlikely, but possible) There is something off with your RAM, but you could tell this if you have issues in other programs too.

i will try moving away microntrollers, cuz i have no antivirus and yesterday i did an health ckech of disk, but i also noticed that i can spawn that vehicle through mission editor, but well thats not problem...

Also you most likely need to restart the game after moving the files for Stormworks to be able to react to the change.
If you can spawn the vehicle, it means the vehicle file at least likely isn't corrupted.

No problem. Hope you didn't lose too much with the microcontroller being corrupted :)
