my list:
110384593 - many islands really close together and 2 points on map close too ( Lothian Basin and Wyvern Plateau)

75 - seed from my best save :P Many small islands and ice on arctic biome. Lots of windmills on south.

46 - refinery and 3 oil platforms are close to the other end of the train tracks.

Seed 0 SpyCakes terminal near creative island.

On seed 25106 (starting at creative island, advanced) You get the creative island almost clipping into a large airport hangar, the isle of donnk and a few dozen smaller islands scattered about VERY close! The custom oil rig is also visible from the creative base dock, and so is an island with a research station on it. The water is also fairly deep in between these islands, providing a little challenge. Try it.
Edit: The nuclear island is also just next door. There's also an oil rig close by as well. Have fun!

10338 starting at the starter base 36 km to east is the swayer islands which are not far by train from comodo/spy term and refinery close to multiplayer island south or starter base, jet fuel sell for 11 after buy for 4 so yea.. check it out..

My best seed is 6953. The Multiplayer Island is aligned perfectly with Terminal Spycakes.

30235 Is the best seed I have ever seen spawn at Terminal comodo and go south there is an oil sell point buy point Deisel buy point and jet-fuel buy point

16351 is my favorite. The creative island is right next to the multiplayer island, making it so that some experiments are easier to set up.
