How to place microcontroller

I have a save for a microcontroller but I don't know how to place it on my boat.

You should see your custom MC's at the very bottom of the menu of building blocks. You could also filter the parts list on the name of your MC.

Same as your own, except they'll have their own sub category, right below your MCs down the list.
