will it run on i3 5005u with 4gb ram???

i have had a question for a long time and that is if this game would work with my low end pc, 4gb and intel i3 5005u

4gb is just fine as long as you have like roughly 1.3gb or more free for the game, the cpu tho.. You could probably run the game but not at a very high framerate, you'ld probably have alot of sutters and low fps and on top of that, if you dont have a dedicated graphics processor then the game will be horribly laggy and I dare say unplayable.

For ref; I'm on a i5-7500 3.4Ghz with a GTX 1050 LP and can run the game at around 60 - 75 fps with no vehicles and about 50 fps with a simple vehicle and like 20 - 37fps at most with an advanced vehicle. (on the LOWEST settings)

That's not a low-end PC, that's an ultra low power laptop and no, you need better CPU than ULV dual-core i3.

I'm playing on an i3 single-core 7100u CPU, with a built in graphics system, and it runs really smoothly, and following 64-bit, I can handle more or less anything. I do have 8GB of RAM though, so I don't know how it would handle with 4

1. So you realize that this discussion is over a year old.
2. I highly doubt that this info was true back than but it's for sure NOT true today.
3. His i3 7100u is 30% slower than todays recommendation and YOUR CPU is again 20% slower than the i3 7100u. Making your 5005u about half as fast as the defs recommend.

NO your webbook is way too to weak for this game.
