When i try to spawn some vehicles appears:
OUT OF STOCK
but when i created the save, i chose ALL UNLOCKED COMPONENTS

sounds like you left limited stock on, try starting a new game but choosing all 4 options down the end of the menu just to see what happens

Works!! "infinite stock" but i dont want to play w infinite money

I'm not sure if you figured it out yet, but I believe the game works thus:

First, the game tries to use any components you already have in your inventory (despawning returns the components to your inventory).

If you do not have enough components in your inventory, then the balance is purchased using your money, assuming you have the necessary research completed.


Thus, the reason you were not able to spawn your vehicle earlier was that you did not fulfill either of these two criteria: you did not have enough components available in your inventory and you did not have enough money / proper research.
