Rocket boat, anyone done it?

I haven't gotten that far in research yet but I've seen the parts for rocket and I'm curious about rocket boats ^^

you mean SRB? it is not meant for boat, the fuel will run out quickly. If you mean jet engine, of course there are people done it before.

The solid rocket boosters can help you with such matters as getting a hydrofoil up onto its feet, but they are really quite limited in their burntime

Yes I was thinking srb-s but the jet one seems more viable

I guess it would work even better for a seaplane as booster

I had a jet engine installed on one of my ships as emergency means to escape Megalodons but the weather has to be perfect otherwise your ship can just flip over.

So making a ship that is moved by jets or rockets is possible,just not practical.You will not go far in it.

They can be used as auxiliary engines however.

Makes sense, once I turned a medium electric motor to full in not so small waves and it flipped the boat ^^
