in the editor use the bottom right function to see the ship in world, match it's buoyancy moving it vertically, then add weight block to the bottom until the purple thing (the center of mass) is below the waterline

your ship is basically 80% out of the water
think of a iceberg, you want most of your ship below the waterline
you can make the tower smaller, yes
but the game has a 'heavy' block you can use to fix ship without ruining their look, it's a square with a dot on it's six sides
you replace all your bottom blocks with that one and your ship will stay upright
