You have them, you just haven't used them. Here's the fixed one. I had time to spare of the 5 minutes so i made a snack and tuned your engine too

It's passive stabilization, without anything special about it. You can see what i did if you look at the pink blocks.
And btw what was the point of flipping gearbox and setting it´s ratio to 6:5? I don´t understand gearboxes either so... :D
I have a guide that explains them in quite a bit of detail, as well as a guide on designing engines in general.
To put it very simply, your gearbox was sitting at 1:1 rate which means the engines are at a much higher RPS than they really need to be, which consumes a much larger amount of fuel and causes them to heat up significantly more. I didn't touch the engine RPS limits, even though you could bring them down to around 25-35 easily. The gearbox is now at 5:6 (even if the UI says 6:5) so for every 5 rotations the engine makes, the props rotate 6.
As for what i did, i installed front and rear stabilizers, 2 for stabilizing roll, and 3 for controlling pitch. The front stabilizer is set at a value by a constant number that makes planing for the boat easier, and much more controlled, while the rear stabilizers do their best to prevent the rear from lifting off of the water.
No problem! If you have any problems with vehicles, don't be afraid to post :)
