Max Engine temps

Just wondering, trying to figure out what is the max engine "oil" temp.
Now I say oil temp meaning I have the engine temp reading out putting to a dial gauge. IRL diesel engines want to run at 200F what about in game? What unit measurement do we have for temp?
Also what would cause my engine to read no coolant after the RPM's get too high? I have a tank filled with water, hooked into a T pipe, hooked into the motor, outputting into the radiator and back into a normal closed loop.

My theory on reading no coolant is that the ammount of coolant being provided to the engine is having little to no effect. Though I have no proof of that. As for engine temp, I generally try to avoid the Diesel engines going over 100.

100 max for all engines

also pumps are needed if the pipes are too long or the vertical distance is too much

Engines start overheating at 120 °C.

Coolant tanks, I dont use them, just put two heat sinks in series with a motor seems to work fine.
