Stormworks: Build and Rescue

Stormworks: Build and Rescue

Planning on buying, need help.
I wanted to know if I could run this game correctly. Ram is not an issue since I got 12. I was more wondering about my graphic card and processor. My graphic card is a Nvidia Geforce GT 650M and my processor is a i7-3610QM 2.30ghz.

Thank you for the help. :steamhappy:

I think with those specs the game would be playable, but I would agree with others here that it's likely going to be around the 30fps mark. Stormworks needs a good CPU for the physics, and I think your GPU is below the minimum spec. The PC I develop on has an i5-4460 and benchmarks seem to show that your i7 is about the same, if not slightly faster, so it might be alright with some of the graphics options disabled.

I'm not sure how refunds work with the Steam wallet cards, but if you can get your money back and you're still unsure your best bet is to buy it and then refund if you don't think it's going to run fast enough for you to enjoy it. Sorry I can't be more help than that.

Well, there aren't has many hardware differences on mac. Windows has quite a lot of compatibility variations.

It's gonna run pretty bad I'm afraid! I have a laptop with similar specs that I tried it on once (gt670m and an i5) and it is like playing a game in slow motion!!

Can't i get an official response? Some of you say it would work and some others say it won't. I buy steam wallet cards of 20$, so I want to know before I buy the card. Also, I am not a big fan of refund requests.

Why are you necroing a 3 year old thread?
Anyhow, 12400F is more than enough, but i really don't see why not just pay a little bit extra and get 12600K
