Cannot Open Stormworks due to OpenGL graphics driver not up to date

Just bought StormWorks today. It will not open. "Error: OpenGL 3.2 is required but your version is 3.1. Are your graphics drivers up to date?" Trying to get system graphics driver up to date or download this "OpenGL 3.2" system, but I am not finding any options. My system says that the drivers are up to date, and when I go to opengl.org the download option brings me back to my intel system that says everything is up to date. Would love to get into this game. Please. Some advise would be greatly appreciated.

Specs? Im just gonna assume Nvidia because i also have it. You can go to this link https://developer.nvidia.com/opengl-driver to download it, or if you have GForce Experience, it should already come with the "Game Ready Driver". If you have AMD, im guessing you're just gonna have to look around on google.
