I think you really need a few things.
1-Fluid port to pump to fluid port to flood some inside tank
So you need a fluid port that accesses the water which connects to the pump which will pump the water into the tank you want to flood to sink. If you want to surface you need the pump the water back out again. I'm not sure if you need another airtight compartment though to pump air back into the flooded tank to surface. Make sure everything is hooked up and powered. You'll need the switches to turn on and off the pumps.
I'm just guessing. I haven't made a sub yet. (On the to do list).
