Endless spawning time

I've been playing around in single player for around 3 days and after loading up the game and selecting my save, I get an infinite spawn/loading time. I've let it sit and load for an hour and nothing has happened. Has anyone had this bug and is there a possible solution?

Yep.
I had the issue a few days ago, hotfix was uploaded and that fixed the issue.
However it is now back for me.
Going to try changing name of my saved games folder now.

Update 1:
Working again after I changed the name of the folder "saves" under %appdata%\stormworks
(That file path translates to, under windows 10 and more or less the same in at least windows 7/8, "C:\Users\<YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME_HERE>\AppData\Roaming\stormworks")

Next step for me is trying to see if I can find the one broken save and come closest to my play time this far by just removing that save.


Update 2: no go.
Think I'm staying in creative mode after this happened, I know it's a game still in development so not much to say more than that the career mode is a bit too broken at this point. =)

I'm hvaing this problem at the moment, it happens after I complete the fourth mission on career mode everytime for me.

i have also just encountered the same problem. As soon as i finish the 4th mission i can no longer get back into my save. I also have an issue where i get insane frame drops that are random wehn i am in the workbench.

Yeah I'm getting it too, it is also loading creative when I want to continue carreer. I have been building a vehicle in career mode so I hope it is not gone.

Could you take a look at my discussion titled "Co-op/multiplayer help". Me and other players are having this issue. I'd appreciate it if you could weigh in.

This also happens while putting a vehicle to the workbench from the map. Note that this is a different save

It is the Autosave feature which is bugged causing this infinite load sceen.
Manually saving and loading is ok.

I tried starting a new game in career mode, did a few missions then exited w/o saving. Once back at the menu, I pressed continue and the game hung on spawning so I exited to desktop with Alt F4. I loaded the game again and pressed continue but it also went to infinite spawn and the game is now unplayable. I tried loading the autosave directly but it also did not work.

For me it's a bit different. When I load clicking the Continue button is ok, but when I try to load the save file directly it has become the infinite loading screen!
As it was said, we know it is a game still in development, but the career mode is still very frustrating with these save file problems.

As long as manual saving works (it does for me) I'll quite happily wait for a fix to autosave but I hope they provide an option to turn autosave off.
