Is there a faster way to refuel your ship at the refinery?

It takes a lot of time pumping stuff into your tanks or selling oil.

There is very little you can do as the pumps at the refinery have a fixed flow rate.

The only somewhat feasible thing is parking a "buffer barge" at the refinery. The barge is connected to the refinery and fills up slowly when you are away (beware, there are some distance limits as to when this will work).

On the barge you can install as many pumps as you want for pumping from the barge into your ship fast. I'm just not sure if it's better to install them in a parallel or serial way.

I don't know if that will work though. The barge will stay active but the refinery might not. Needs some testing.

you can also use the door dock on the barge. they have magnets on the outside, and enables you to basically flood the inside of your ships with fuel way faster then pumps.
