Angled Blocks (Dials, buttons, etc)

I've seen it in some builds where people angle the dials in the cockpits and what not, but I can't figure out how to do it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Small pivot. Build an instrumental panel and tilt it with pivot.

Is it just the regular pivot or is it a robotic pivot? I can't seem to adjust the regular pivot.

Obviously the one you can adjust not the permanent rotating one.

Well smart guy, I wouldn't have asked for help if I knew what I was doing. You should've started by calling it a robotic pivot not just a small pivot. Thanks anyway.

While his response was a bit harsh, ultimately he is no wrong, there are several types of "pivots" and for new folks it's hard to know what these are used for.

Ok guys it was not ment to be rude BUT sometimes people could just try to help themselves instead of just asking each and everything.

The case :
So he saw other peoples creations which have "angled" instruments and he likes to know how they are doing it

1. Assuming he has such a vehicle he could just open the editor and look how it's done
2. He could download such a vehicle and look in the editor how it's done.

But ok I had time and just gave him a small hint: pivots 😁

Now one could go to creative editor and search for pivot... Doing that will give you TWO parts. Small robotic and velocity pivot.
He realized that the velocity does not do the job... Well... How about trying the other one 🤔👍

So sorry if you felt bad about the word obviously but boy wasn't it obvious 😘

If it's anything like half the crap in the workshop, you'd be there half the day deleting blocks just to see what you were actually looking at, then hoping you understand it if you're new to the game. Versus just asking a simple question and receiving a simple answer.
