Off-center display problem fixed!
Recently I had a problem where the game would be off centered in the screen. I would only be able to view part of the screen and the other half was off my monitor. To fix this I launched the setting from my library and switched the graphic options from custom to high. Not sure why this worked but I can't complain.

Similar issue, but with Windows display scaling. Most programs don't change themselves to what your desktop is scaled at, but Amnesia does. So because I have a high DPI display and have set UI scale to 200% in the Windows settings, Amensia loads up double-sized and mostly off-screen.

The workaround is simple enough, I just have to change the display scaling setting every time I want to play. It's definitely annoying though. Anyone have any idea if you can set an exception for a program being affect by that?

If you go into the local files folder in Steam and right click the "Amnesia.exe" executable and select properties you can change the DPI settings. Click on "Change DPI Settings" and select managed by "Application". That should fix it.
