Linux port?

Just curious if there are any plans for a Linux port. This looks like a fun game I would be into. I'd like to buy it but I am on Linux exclusively and don't care to gamble my time and money on trying it in Wine.

@xcausex, there are no plans for a Linux port at the moment.

The game we are working on atm (http://store.steampowered.com/app/214420) will be released for Linux, Mac and Win. But even if the new updated engine supports Linux it would be a lot of work to make sure Puzzle Dimension would work well enough.

So unfortunately a Linux version is not something we can promise. Sorry!

Sorry to hear that, I'll keep it on my wishlist in case things ever change. Your new game looks interesting, I'll keep my eye out for it once it is available.

That's saddening, I, too, would really enjoy a Linux port of this game.

I know it's not a new game so asking for a native port might be much, but how about a wrapper port at least? I see PD has platinum (the highest) rating on winedb, so it would be only a few hours worth of effort to integrate it.
