BUT I cannot find this version anywhere and all the AMD Catalyst tell me that my version is the latest, I tryed to change my driver manually/and automaticly and nothing change. The version the game tell me to get to get over my issues just don't exist or can't get download. My drivers version for the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145 is 8.672.1.2000 and the one the game recommend is 16.400.31111.0. The AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5145 is a relabled Mobility Radeon HD 4570 with higher clock rate. That means, it is despite its name from the Radeon HD 4000 series and only supports DirectX 10.1. There are no drivers for Windows 10 and the hardware is not supported anymore.

One chance could be to start the game with DirectX 10.

But when you look at the processing power of the built-in chip, it is far too slow for the game.
Mobility Radeon HD 5145: 115 GFLOPS

Nvidia GTX 750: 1000 GFLOPS (game barely running, only with lowered graphics)
Nvidia GTX 780: 4000 GFLOPS (recommended on shop page)
Titan X: >10,000 GFLOPS

No solution for this? I have a hd4890 and the same problem.

The processing power of the HD 4890 is much higher as of the mobile HD 5145.
Radeon HD 4890: 1360 GFLOPS

This is in an area, where you can play this game with lowered settings.
BUT the graphics card can only handle DirectX10.1. It is NOT supported by AMD anymore and there are only legacy drivers available.

Try to start the game with DirectX 10.

for Windows 10:
https://community.amd.com/docs/DOC-1311
"These graphics products must be installed using display driver version: 8.970.100.9001. This driver is provided as a courtesy and only available via Windows Update. Please enable Windows Update and allow it to detect and install the appropriate driver."
The driver is with overscan only (?), which means you will have black borders around your screen. So better NOT upgrade to Windows 10, if you haven't already.

I got it working. Just had to open it and leave it for 15 min to load... Then it runs rather good.
