One chance could be to start the game with DirectX 10.
But when you look at the processing power of the built-in chip, it is far too slow for the game.
Mobility Radeon HD 5145: 115 GFLOPS
Nvidia GTX 750: 1000 GFLOPS (game barely running, only with lowered graphics)
Nvidia GTX 780: 4000 GFLOPS (recommended on shop page)
Titan X: >10,000 GFLOPS
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AMD_graphics_processing_units#Mobility_Radeon_HD_5000_Series
Radeon HD 4890: 1360 GFLOPS
This is in an area, where you can play this game with lowered settings.
BUT the graphics card can only handle DirectX10.1. It is NOT supported by AMD anymore and there are only legacy drivers available.
Try to start the game with DirectX 10.
for Windows 10:
https://community.amd.com/docs/DOC-1311
"These graphics products must be installed using display driver version: 8.970.100.9001. This driver is provided as a courtesy and only available via Windows Update. Please enable Windows Update and allow it to detect and install the appropriate driver."
The driver is with overscan only (?), which means you will have black borders around your screen. So better NOT upgrade to Windows 10, if you haven't already.
