A Canadian friend said it wasn't available in his country, but I see no indication that my steam gift of this I just bought has any regional restrictions.... I had made a private steamgifts giveaway for some friends, and many of them are from all over, brazil, germany, canada, etc, etc, some in America.... How can I tell which people will actually be able to accept, redeem, and watch, the gift copy of this movie I purchased?...
