I see it has cloudsave, so it should save what I had when I uninstall the game right?
I mean where does it save, if I don't know if I will get back to the game, can I remove the game folder from the pc and still keep the save somewhere?

I have a folder with seemingly random numbers, in that folder is the save data along with some other files.

Cloudsave means that the Steam servers back up your data. You don't need anything on the local machine.

Just make sure you're connected to the internet and haven't disabled Cloud Saves for the title in question. Next time you install it, assuming you're connected to the internet it should download your save for you
