Stuck at 98% Secrets and 41/42 Artifacts

I'm stuck and I could use a little help. I'm almost able to get into the secret area.

With the exception of Windy Plans and the Yarrow, all my maps are at 100%.

I'm using Eye for Weakness and I'd put money that the artifact is the Yarrow.

And tips on finding the missing artifact would be great.
