Painted Worlds Co-op Mod

Have you used this mod?

I'm playing through the game with a friend using Painted Worlds, and we have an issue where summons and invaders are invisible. We can still lock-on target invaders, but cannot see them.

I looked around and couldn't really find any fixes for this on the mod page or anywhere else, so I thought I'd ask here.
