Notice Regarding EULA Violations
I just started playing Dark Souls Remaster and the first thing I see on the title screen is the popup regarding EULA violations. Is this the default notice, or was I somehow banned/restricted even though I just started playing?

The notice says:

Welcome message
Welcome to DARK SOULS: REMASTERED.

Notice regarding EULA violations
Please note that players found to be violating the EULA by using cheats,
hacks, mods, etc. will have restrictions (permanent or temporary) placed on
their online profile/accounts.

Yes, this is just a warning, in case of a ban it will be almost the same, but it will start differently

If it starts with "Welcome message" then everything is fine

Why, do you feel guilty ... of something?
I think it's reasonable to get a little concerned the first few times
I remember being confused too, you've already gotten answers but you're fine OP it just does that every time you open the game
