Screen flickering white when playing games

I have this issue in dark and darker, my game literally just flashes black. In R6, the gunshot smoke becomes pixels, and all the smoke becomes pixels as well. In Dark souls remastered, texture becomes pixelated as well. I tried downloading an old geforoce experience driver, but that didn't work. Currently doing a virus scan but I don't know if that is going to help. Can someone help me with this? I only have this issue when playing games, and it happened with all the games at the same time. I dont have this issue when im watch a video or anything.

Update: I tried running R6 on my intel graphics, and I did not see any pixels. But when I try running it on my GPU I start seeing the pixels again. Is this cause of a hardware issue or is there still a possibility for some software issue?
