I didn't get the achievement when I rank the first bell of awakening in the Undead Parish.

It's exactly as it sounds. When I rang the first bell, I never got the achievment for it. I have now progressed all the way to the painted world of Ariamis, and have gotten all other achievements with no issue thusfar.

Since my goal is to 100% the game, this is mildly frustrating, and I'm counting on the hope that it will register properly on my next playthrough. Has this happened to anyone else? What can be done? I can't reach out to steam because I can't find the proper customer support page, and after reaching out to Bandai Namco, they told me to reach out to Steam.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

its really early in to the game so you can just start a new game and get in like 30 minutes if you are good enough

Once you win the game you start a new game cycle (NG+), wich means you start from the beggining with the items of your last playthrought with some changes like extra enemy damage and health, so if you dont want to create a new character you can just wait till that point since if you want to 100% you will be forced to go into multiple game cycles anyways

You'll need a minimum of 2.5 play throughs if you do everything correctly. Just get the achievement next time. If this frustrates you, just wait until you find out the requirements for knights honor.

Yep, what other people said, to get one achievement you have to get three of the same boss soul which means you have to beat the game twice, and reach NG+++ so you can go kill this one boss again so you can progress to the point where you can make boss weapons out of his soul then make a weapon out of his soul...

So, yeah don't be too stressed about it. You have like two more chances at least if you are aiming for 100% and even then you could just make a new character eventually.

It's possible to skip Undead Burg and go straight to gargoyles, even, where you could just summon Solaire or any random phantom to beat it for you anyway, so. This is hardly something to get hung up on.
