The team was working on that. They also released their beloved mech warrior bit. For that matter, I would doubt seriously that there is a team working on bugs for Eldan Ring.
I want you to think about dates; 2011 PS3, later same year PC, +4y for DS:R, and DS2 and DS3 and Seikero (whatever) and THEN Eldan Ring.
I am confident that the only people that are dealing this issue are completely encompassed by -> yourself. That's it.
Good Luck(-ish)
This is a DSR thread, about a remaster of a FromSoft game made and ported by QLOC. FromSoft has literaly nothing to do with DSR or its support. They don't remaster their own games.

Original game's port had poor stereo implementation, missing half the ambient sounds of 5.1
Funny thing is that if you reload your save, the ambient sound is back. But the glitch will happen again when the mentioned situations happen.
Playtesting is better than doing nothing
I'll try to write Bamco support about this. Again.
Greetings. I'm experiencing a very annoying glitch in Dark Souls Remastered.
It turns out that every time the player is defeated, teleported to a bonfire, or returns from another player's world, ambient sounds in indoor areas disappear. To make them work again it is necessary to exit the game and reload it, but the problem will repeat itself every time one of the mentioned situations occurs. This programming error has been experienced since the launch of the game and no patch was provided to solve it, despite the fact that it was reported numerous times by the community, as you can see in the following links (in English):
https://www.reddit.com/r/darksouls/comments/9w6cm8/the_dsr_sound_glitch_that_youve_most_likely/

For a better understanding of this programming error, I am attaching a link to a video that clearly shows how it happens. I ask you to take a look at the video so the trouble can be better understood:

I am looking forward to your response. Receive a warm greeting.
If you are currently playing the game, you could also try to test the issue i'm mentioning and report me back in case the same thing happens to you. Undead burg is a good place to test.
I did notice that invasions have really dead sound, though, as a phantom you are totally silent of course but yeah there are times when you're playing and there is just no sound being output by the game at all...
I think it's much too late to get the developers to fix this and I doubt modders have the power to fix whatever this is. It would be nice though.
Seems like this was discussed several times in the forum, for example: https://steamcommunity.com/app/570940/discussions/0/2918850377429744357/
Just another thing on the list of 'stuff that the remaster messed up even worse than PTDE'.
Why don't we bomb with messages both Bandai Namco & QLOC support? We need at least a response.
