I am in Dead parish, just after get through the dragón and my Reinforced club is already 52/100... When I will be able to repair It and how?

You can buy a repair box from Undead Merchant in Burg, as well as some repair powder.
There is a shortcut at the middle of the bridge, downstairs, down a ladder > and you're at Burg bonfire.
The next possibility when you progress further will be the Blacksmith Andre' in Undead Parish, past the Boar.
It's highly recommended to buy the Repair Box, Smithing Boxes and Inventory Box.

Yeah! Just after post It I started to go back to the merchant and I bought the powder

Another question... I have improve my Reinforced club to +3 to bosses, but I have no more titanitas, where can I found more in Undead Burg and Parish of the dead? I want to improve to +5 the Reinforced for bosses and the Club to enemies

The Hollow Soldiers and Balder Knights can drop titanite shards, the Balder Knights have the better drop rate. Or you can buy them from Blacksmith Andre in Undead Parish. When you arrived already at the bonfire under the dragon ( Sunlight Altar), go ahead and find the next bonfire ( Undead Parish), as well as Blacksmith Andre.

How to earn some souls:
Stay for a while on SL20 with +5 weapon and place your coop sign on the way from Andre to the Gargoyles, before the side entrance to the church building.
Help some hosts to defeat the boss and become rich.
Note: play in hollow form so long as you didn't kill the boss in your own game. Playing in human form is an invitation for invaders, when your boss is still alive.
