idk even what to spend it all on sometimes when it gets high but ive only reached around 200k but that was on my way to the last boss door now i have to make my way over there to fight /: cos it was blocked with yellow mist and....yea well you know the rest lol.
I've lost billions "at this point". Either the max is 99,999,999 or 999,999,999, but I have lost billions if combining all I have ever lost.
Always level up your weapons, armour and level, also buying the items from merchants.
A yellow fog gate means it is inaccessible until you "place the lord vessel". Then there is a cutscene showing those gates turn white...I think, it has been so very long since I watched the cutscenes.
