Every weapon, but no achievement ...?

Is it bugged ? Please tell me you don't need them unupgraded ... ?

Which weapon achievement?

Knight's Honor, the one where you need all the rare weapon, from the tail-cut, to the boss souls weapon, and a few more from looting :/ ...I've got them all, but the achievement won't pop !

Try dropping all of them and pick them back up. Be careful though since I'm not sure if they will despawn after a certain number. You could always backup your save before doing so.

If you have the german version the could be a problem with a wrong localisation:
Schwarz-Ritter Großschwert <-> Black Knight Sword
Schwert des Drachentöters <-> Black Knight Greatsword

If that is not the case, I can send you a link to my spreadsheet and there you can check if you realy got everything.

The real problem are the Greatswords of Artorias ( cursed and not cursed)

Greatsword of Artorias (Cursed) - Item needed: +10 Dagger, Greatsword (other than Broken Straight Sword/Sword Hilt)
Greatsword of Artorias (GER: Finstertöter) - Items needed: +10 Broken Straight Sword or Straight Sword Hilt

With the weapons needed to craft then you can tell them from one another or if you have the german version you can simply tell from their different names :s

look at the requirement for the weapon one have 20 20 20 20 the other is a 20 20 18 18 if i remember right.
don't forget the unique weapons needed (like channeler trident, ghost dagger, banshee dagger)

the ghost dagger isnt needed for the achievment
