Where is Big Hat Logan?

Saved him, he went to Firelink and stayed there, just recently I went back (LONG after i killed Seath) and he wasn't there. Griggs has some of Logan's sorceries now and I looked up Logan's questline to see if I could find out where he went. I believe I checked all the spots he could be at right now. Unless he shows up at the exact start of Duke's Archives. Is he just gone now?

If you bought everything (might not be required) from Big Hat, and finished his dialogue tree, then he will go crazy. You will find him being very, very aggressive up in the first room you saw Seath. Take the elevator, go up the crystal covered stairs. Don't forget to kill the crystal lizard if you missed them before.

Inside that room will be Big Crazy Hat, or Big Had Crazy, whichever feels best to you.

Ahhh but that's the very problem.

I did not buy all of his stuff because I didn't even have enough intelligence for him to sell them to me, so I never finished his dialogue and such.

I checked in the room and all that was in there was the Large Magic Ember chest.
If you don't buy all his stuff will he just cease to exist??

Logan is in big trouble and needs your help again. He is trapped in a prison cell in Duke's Archives, that's the same part where you woke up in your prison cell. Go downstairs there to free him.
But idk if he still is there after you killed Seath. He could also be in his next location, near the bonfire at the balcony.
That's a very dark room and maybe you didn't see him there under his big hat.

I checked the next room and he miiight be there somewhere but I checked carefully and I still haven't found him.

There's a dark room off to the side from the little library room near the balcony bonfire. Logan's sitting in the corner there.
