Chaos Blade can achieve some good damage at 10 humanity
Uchi can be obtained very early and can be buffed
Iaito has a nice fancy moveset and is can be on par with the uchi (can also be buffed)
Washing pole has some insane range and works well with a multitude of infusions for more VIG focused builds (can also be buffed when not infused)

PVP: chaos blade
PVE: uchi cause it has a stab for ranged poke

Washing pole is slow for PVP and altogether makes you lose your dignity by how it looks
