changing controls

so, i launched this up using an xbox one controller, played for a bit, and then the next time i played it, i forgot to turn on the controller, so i turned it on while i was in the menu, and now i cant switch to controller because its stuck on keyboard controls. i tried launching it againg with the controller turned on before i launched the game, and its still stuck on keyboard controls. is there any way to fix this?

Okay, it is one of those nights.

From within the game press Ctrl-Alt-Del
Wait for the Task Manager window to pop up.
Cancel out of it.

Fixes most issues.

Otherwise, try getting into Steam Settings Controller and setting your controller type to your Xbox One controller.

yeah, same, i was able to use it at first, but now my controller isnt working, i restarted the game, did the steam settings, and still nothing

what i did was restart my computer and it worked for me so try that
