np, i used texture mods from ds1 to ds3, never did i got banned.
dont listen to people who say they got banned, they got banned becouse they used hacks.

normal mods without exe files or dll files are all save. (texture mod, sound mod, ui mods etc)

Ds2 is the only game that banned for everything.

You ABSOLUTLY can get banned for using texture mods. I downloaded Evie's Ultra HD Dark Souls REMASTERED Retex from nexus 2 weeks ago, and played online once. Boot up DSR the next day and I'm now dealing with "Restriction on Your Account" data fraud has been detected on your account blah blah blah. I can no longer play online becasue of that texture mod.

becouse thats what always happens.
people cheat or alt f4 all the time, or pick up strange items from strangers.
and they blame other people for their own mistakes.

Texture mods cant get you banned, NEVER.

I know as a gamedev + as a dude who made Bots for mmos this ♥♥♥♥ better than some weird random hentai cats like you.

again: you cant get banned aslong as no dll and exe files are involved.

Texture mods cant get you banned, NEVER.

Still, you ARE making assumptions.

DSR texture mods require the use of third-party applications - such as DSR TPUP -, to repack and/or restore the textures.
Furthermore, the "Prepare to Die Again Remastered" mod "How to install" explicitly states: "!!!You have to play the game in offline mode!!!", while being perfectly fine to play online on DSPTDE. Is it because it requires DSDAD to launch the game?
So, in the days after QLOC announcing the anti-cheating system implemented on DSR was improved no wonder people have questions about mods in DSR, and the "You can't get banned for using Texture mods, right?" is a fair question that I've made myself.
