The best way to farm souls?

So I am at Anor Londo, got finally havel's set and want to use it but obv its too heavy and have to level up a lot can you tell me the best way for farming souls? I saw some videos but im not sure they're very profitable thank you anticipately

Im on my first run i would prefer to farm them instead of doing stuff like that...

I guess you haven't progressed through the level much. Try opening the shortcut door that it is further down after the Bonfire room, on your right. Then kill the 4 Silver knights that are in the area close to the bonfire(1 at the room opposite to the Bonfire room, 1 further down the corridor and 2 in the room with the mounted dragon heads) Go back to bonfire and repeat. Killing them while parrying will take like 2 minutes max. There are other areas to farm souls, but as Majiin Vegeta said, no need to spoil stuff.

Get better, wear better looking armor. Don't be a havel trash can that only beats the game with a crutch of OP armor and weapons.

Anor Londo is a great place to farm souls in general. All the enemies there are worth a ton of souls and most of them come in nice, convenient, individually packaged rooms where you can fight just 1 guy at a time without worrying about anything else. So just kill some silver knights and you'll have plenty of souls pretty quick.


Edit: By the way, unless you just love how Havel's Set looks, it's not that great of a set except for PvP poise optimization.

If you advance just a little further in Anor Londo you will find a new blacksmith who will sell you the Giant's Set.

This can be upgraded with twinkling titanite (which you can buy from that smith) to have much better defenses than Havel's Set at a lower weight. (In my opinion, it looks really cool too).

For me Anor Londo is the best place, kill all the silver knights and those two big knights in the hall, it will take a long time to running around the castle, but it worth it.
