Seath Achievement not triggering
I beat Seath in the Crystal Cave on my third try, and I have cut his tail, but I didn't get the achievement for defeating him. Why is it happening ?

You would not die at the same time as the boss, other users with similar things lost the drop such as havel's ring. Although it is full of bugs.

Yes I was online, and I didn't die at the same time as the boss. After him, I beat Priscilla, and I got the achievement for her, all the other I got after. only Seath wasn't unlocked.
