Does anyone play this game? Is this a network problem?

Level 90, nobody is in Battle of Stoicism, and I can't get summoned for Artorias...
NG+, level 107, can't get summoned for Artorias. Hopefully people will be in the Battle of Stoicism.

Nobody really uses the Battle of Stoicism for random PvP. It has too many issues. You're better off just sitting by the Township bonfire and using Red Eye Orbs or Dried Finger.
If you want to use the Arena it's better to plan that out with people beforehand, and using a password can make matching faster.

A lot of reasons. For one, time based rounds just kinda aren't great for most fights. And there would be a lot of down time in between rounds, looking for people with the same settings in the same arena. And for some reason, connectivity just seems flat out worse when compared to normal PvP. This becomes especially apparent in 4 and 6 man fights (2v2,3v3,FFAs), and if one of the players is laggy then it can get pretty ridiculous real quick. I don't think anyone knows why it happens either.
As far as co-op before Artorias I have no idea, maybe there's a good sl/wl range for that but I only do PvP so I can't speak to that. NG+cycle also doesn't matter for online in this game, neither for PvP or co-op

Undakovrist covered most things. You aren't that high for co-op at Artorias area, i was getting activity at SL99 there, both invasions and co-op. It just happens some times to be dead, depends on your timezone. A good spot to drop a white sign, if you aren't getting summoned outside Artorias fog gate, is at the bridge just outside Oolacile Sanctuary. Also for more co-op try dropping a white sign at Oolacile Township, near bonfire, or to Oolacile Dungeon. There are a lot of people passing trough the level, but be careful because it is the most common place for invaders too.
