It's the Bethesda syndrom, give half finished game and let community fix it
They did not bother to update all the textures, same streched textures are still present, and don't get me started on that glorious lava texture
Omnidirectional rolling IS A MUST in 2020
Fromsoft is rehashing same ♥♥♥♥ since Demon Souls :)
side note: btw I did not spend 20$ on a game to download mods for it and then enjoy the damn game
Let's hope they are diving in uncharted territories in Elden Ring (it it exists lol).
You are factually wrong. Demon's Soul is a remake
Then why does it play EXACTLY the same as the original? You can’t be that blinded by pretty graphics, can you? Literally the same game, shinier paint. Remaster.
They even used the same code as they updated the graphics.
Oooh, which texture mod are you referencing?
Think of a remake as: Andrew Garfield's and Tom Holland's Spiderman
A remaster: every 70s and 80s sci-fi movie that got their special effects improved when they were released on DVD.

Ah, it’s hard across text to convey. I think the graphics are stellar, though they really dropped the ball with the sound design. I digress, what they did with the graphical update is amazing, but the game doesn’t feel remade. It’s the same (mostly janky) AI with a fresh coat of paint.
