how to slide down the ladder?

im holding circle but it doesn't do anything but i've seen some enemies do that so it must possible, i tried pressing every button didn't help :(

I use a PS4 controller and holding down O works for me.

Yeah, I don't remember changing any bindings, in the steam config or in game. You have to be still on the ladder then hold O. It doesn't work if you're holding the joystick down. Just O.

Oh. That what my problem was. Checked it just now sliding works, thx

Btw this game supports dualshock 4 with playstation buttons showing up and everything. 3rd party controller configuration not needed. It even works bluetooth wireless on my end.

Yeah, From Software has always been somewhat affiliated with Sony. Also another tip I only just found out about, that you might not know or others can find out here;

In the controller settings on steam you can turn off the dualshock light or even change its colour.

i was just suprised to find that out bc both ds2 and 3 supported only xinput
