Get ascended pyro +5, dusk crown and any ring the boost pyromancies. Then they shouldn't fall off as much. Also stacking pyromancies of the same kind in your slots increases the amount of cast.
Oh I've already done that and the damage is superb. I just kept reading that Pyro loses its shine in succesive NGs. Thanks though, this fills me with confidence.
Edit: here's the link to the beginning of that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnyaZw_u_xI&list=PLVDIXUXJIIvEPSPlM5MHIM-sPvBWGi95p&index=53&t=0s
It was part of his "Slow Run" where he went from NG to NG+7 but he always does NG+7 solo. He did a "Slow Run" for Dark Souls 1, 2, 3 and Bloodborne. I don't think he did one for Demon's Souls even though I'm pretty sure he wanted to (like he tried but there was issues iirc).
So yeah you don't really have much to worry about. Of course Artorias and Manus will be super resistant to pyromancy but I feel like pyromancy wiill always do more damage to magic resistant bosses and enemies just because of how fire works.
